David Wadsworth
Owner / Founder
Dave Wadsworth is one of the 3 co-founding partners of Total Communications Management, LLC. He is a strategic thinker and multidisciplinary Project Manager with an eye for innovation and perfection. With over 17 years in telecommunications project management as well as 10 years of experience in engineering and environmental monitoring related work he’s worked with a wide range of clients and on a wide range of projects. His vast experience, knowledge and expertise enable him to maintain focus on all aspects of a program and deliver the most efficient results. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Old Dominion University and an A.A. in Marine Technology from Cape Fear Technical Institute.
Richard "Merle" Daiger
Owner / Founder
As co-founder of Total Communications Management, LLC., Merle started his career with formal Automotive Industry training as an ASE Masters, with many years of teaching experience. After 20 years in the oil industry with Gulf Oil, then Chevron as Dealer Development Instructor and Operations Manager, Merle has spent the last 21 years as an internal consultant to the largest Wireless Carriers. He brings experience in Construction Management, New site development, Environmental compliance, engineering, Project oversight. Merle’s years of practical management of various businesses, and current Co-owner / Partner have provided expertise as Project Manager for : Antenna sector modifications, PCS, AWS, LTE, 5G, Temp. New Site deployment, Wireless Emergency disaster recovery, and preparedness.
Billy Rose
Owner / Founder
Billy Rose is one of the three co-founding partners of Total Communications Management, LLC. He offers 44 years of vast experience in communications management including Central Office equipment installation, maintenance, and fiber deployment. He has successfully performed numerous Project Management and Construction Management tasks for the wireless industry consisting of Site Acquisition, Zoning, and Permitting in both Virginia and North Carolina. His experience, creativity, and attention to detail enables him to deliver the needed results for a successful program.
